A company is looking for a Loan Modification Title Analyst in Default Services-Loss Mitigation.
Key Responsibilities Identify and report title issues during or after the Loan Modification process on real estate transactions Create and provide a grade sheet detailing title issues on the graded title report Address inquiries from servicers and internal staff while maintaining open communication with management
Required Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent required Working knowledge of real estate title Proven customer service skills Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft software products Able to multi-task and meet daily production goals with a high level of accuracy
