A company is looking for a Loan Originator Assistant.
Key Responsibilities Assist with loan applications, documentation collection, and prepare loan files for processing Coordinate communication between Loan Originators, clients, and referral partners throughout the loan process Manage a pipeline of various loan types and ensure timely follow-up and customer service
Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent;
Bachelor's degree preferred 3-5+ years of experience in a related role such as LOA, Processor, or Underwriter Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook; experience with Encompass preferred Knowledge of mortgage banking processes, particularly in residential mortgage banking Ability to analyze data and manage multiple projects effectively
