Key Responsibilities Prepare mortgage loan files according to bank, regulatory, and investor guidelines Communicate with customers and various stakeholders to resolve inquiries and obtain necessary documentation Coordinate the closing and funding of loan packages, including calculating final closing costs and disbursing funds
Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Two to three years of relevant work experience in loan processing and closing activities Thorough knowledge of loan processing and closing policies and practices Basic knowledge of credit policies and approval processes
Experience with mortgage closing processes and deadlines
