Business Banking Specialist

Location: St Petersburg

A company is looking for a Business Banking Specialist to provide support to commercial calling officers and manage customer service issues.

Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary contact for loan portfolio issues and support department colleagues Contact customers to resolve account issues and assist with loan documentation preparation Coordinate account openings, overdrafts, and wire transfers while maintaining customer correspondence

Required Qualifications , Training, and Education Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required 2+ years of banking experience required Strong knowledge of loan documentation Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple priorities
