A company is looking for a Financial Analyst (HR Analytics) to join their Finance team.
Key Responsibilities Support workforce planning and budgeting through headcount forecasting and cost modeling Improve data accuracy by reconciling HR data with financial systems Deliver actionable HR financial insights by building and maintaining reports and dashboards
Required Qualifications 2+ years of experience as a Financial Analyst or in a related analytical role Strong understanding of HR metrics and their financial implications Solid knowledge of accounting processes, including payroll and accruals Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets Ability to work with large datasets and perform detailed data analysis
