This role plays a pivotal part in evaluating and executing investment opportunities within the financial advisory sector, deploying the firm's capital to support and expand its network of advisors.
The analyst will support deal creation and execution for private equity investments in financial advisory firms, conducting in-depth financial analysis including valuations of advisors' practices, cash flow scenarios for debt and equity investments, and overall firm valuations. The role involves structuring transactions that optimize returns and support the firm's overall investment and retention strategy, and preparing investment memos, pitch books, and financial reports to support decision-making and investment approval.
Additional responsibilities include managing the investment pipeline, reporting, and meetings — including project-managing multiple transactions simultaneously by setting agendas, establishing next steps, and guiding internal processes. The analyst will oversee post-investment integration, monitor market trends, regulatory developments, and competitive positioning to inform ongoing investment decisions.
Ideal candidates will have experience in finance, financial modeling, and valuation methodologies, along with knowledge of P&L analysis, M&A transactions, capital structuring, and investment risk assessment. Strong data analysis and communication skills are essential. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Finance with a minimum of 3 years of related experience.
