** Essential Duties and Responsibilities*
* + Completes Initial and Annual Administrative Account Reviews in accordance with Raymond James Trust Administrative Account Review Policy and Procedure and other applicable internal policies

+ Exercises delegated fiduciary authority to review and approve Administrative Account Reviews within established authority levels.

+ Evaluates trust accounts for compliance with governing documents, fiduciary standards, applicable statutes, regulations, and internal policies and procedures.

+ Identifies administrative exceptions, operational risks, documentation deficiencies, and policy exceptions, recommending appropriate corrective action to assigned Trust Officers.

+ Documents review findings thoroughly, accurately, and consistently within designated trust administration systems.

+ Partners with Trust Officers to resolve review findings and ensure timely completion of corrective actions.

+ Provides recommendations regarding fiduciary administration, account documentation, account maintenance, and policy compliance.

+ Reviews trust account activity to ensure required administrative actions have been completed and documented appropriately.

+ Serves as a subject matter resource regarding Administrative Account Review requirements, policy interpretation, and review methodology.

+ Promotes consistency by identifying trends, recurring issues, and opportunities for process improvement.

+ Maintains current knowledge of fiduciary laws, trust administration practices, regulatory expectations, and Raymond James Trust policies and procedures.

+ Assists with preparation of discretionary distribution request documentation on behalf of Trust Officers, as workload permits.

+ Develops strong working relationships with Trust Officers, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Tax, Operations, and other internal partners.

+ May mentor less experienced associates regarding Administrative Account Review standards and best practices.

+ Reviews progress of assignments with executive leadership and management.

+ Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

** Knowledge of*
* + Knowledge of fiduciary administration principles, trust laws, fiduciary risk management, trust accounting systems, fiduciary governance, estate planning fundamentals, finance and accounting, and internal policies and procedures.

+ Skill in performing detailed fiduciary administrative reviews, applying policy consistently, identifying operational and fiduciary risk, analytical problem solving, written documentation, prioritization, collaboration, and trust accounting systems.

+ Ability to interpret governing documents, exercise sound judgment, identify administrative risk, communicate effectively, manage competing priorities, maintain exceptional attention to detail, and work independently.

+ Trust Code of Florida or other applicable states.

+ Finance and Accounting.

+ Basic concepts, practices and procedures of income tax planning and preparation process.

+ Basic concepts, principles and practices of Fiduciary laws and principles sufficient to administer personal trusts

+ Fundamental investment concepts, practices and procedures used in the securities industry.

+ Principles of banking and finance and securities industry operations.

+ Financial markets, products, financial advisory function and investment process.
