Job Description

Senior Consumer Relationship Banker responsible for meeting with customers and prospects both in person and on the phone to determine their financial needs and meeting those needs by proactively offering appropriate products, services, and guidance to achieve financial goals. Focus on acquiring and deepening existing customer relationships with Preferred Banking Households, including complex, affluent solutions, wealth opportunities, investments, lending, debt consolidation, and in-depth saving conversations.

• Achieves individual and branch targets by proactively identifying customer needs and providing advanced guidance on Regions’ solutions for Preferred Banking Households.
• Conducts outbound phone calls using generated lead lists of Preferred Banking and other consumer households to expand relationships and acquire new ones.
• Works in partnership with the Branch Team as the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of Preferred Banking Households.
• Educates customers on Regions’ Consumer and Business products and services, including all loan and deposit types, annuities, and life insurance.
• Educates customers on emerging technology and digital solutions such as mobile, online, and ATM offerings.
• Provides a consistent optimal customer experience, sharing responsibility for day‑to‑day branch duties such as greeting customers and processing transactions.
• Owns and resolves customer issues.
• Refers customers to internal experts for additional financial goals and needs.
• Supports team development as a subject‑matter expert for junior bankers.
• Follows all bank processes, procedures, laws, and regulations, and reports operational risks.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Two years of banking, sales, and/or customer service experience.
• Ability to handle cash and process cash transactions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to use a computer frequently, including typing and monitoring.
• Availability to work Saturdays as needed.
• Ability to walk, stand, and lift up to 20 pounds.

Requires registration with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS). Life Insurance license must be obtained within 120 days of hire.

Position is incentive eligible and requires overtime tracking for hours over 40 per week under the Fair Labor Standards Act.

Pay ranges are job specific and vary by experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, location, and performance. The target range for the Metropolitan Statistical Area is:

• Minimum: $51,997.12 USD
• Median: $60,730.00 USD
