- 8+ years of relevant experience in risk management, capital, liquidity, market risk, clearing risk, broker‑dealer risk, or a related control function.
- Meaningful experience working at a U.S. clearing broker or self‑clearing broker‑dealer.
- Strong understanding of SEC and FINRA net capital requirements, clearinghouse margin/deposit requirements, liquidity risk, and broker‑dealer market risk.
- Experience building or managing clearing risk dashboards, Early Warning Indicators, VaR, stress testing, scenario analysis, and capital frameworks.
- Ability to independently challenge the business and elevate risk issues to executive management.
- Strong analytical judgment, communication skills, and executive presence.
What Makes You Stand Out
- Experience interacting with NSCC, DTC, OCC, FINRA, SEC, or other relevant regulatory and market infrastructure stakeholders.
