Compensation - In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for an annual bonus, incentives and equity. Actual compensation is based on industry salary ranges, internal salary structures, experience, skills and other job-related factors.

As the IT Specialist, you'll be responsible for handling incoming support requests from staff and executives with exceptional customer service and efficiency. Support will include access management, troubleshooting software and hardware as well as initial and ongoing training for all employees of the Bank.

• Respond to tech support requests via email, online video calls or chats, over the phone, or in person.
• Inform users about IT products and services, updates, service interruptions and other IT related communications.
• Provide immediate and high-quality support to high-level executives, including the CEO and President.
• Provide step-by-step troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network with professionalism, efficiency and a resolution focused mindset.
• Follow up with users to ensure excellent service. Communicate user feedback to the appropriate internal team members if needed.
• Monitor and patch systems to ensure they are up to date in collaboration with security personnel at Climate First Bank.
• Assist IT Administrators and Engineers in keeping the company systems secure and up to date.
