Retirement Plan Services Associate

Next Path Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Data Entry Specialist to join our client’s team in St. Petersburg, FL
. This is a contract, hybrid position.

SALARY: $21-$23 per hour (depending on experience)

• Minimum of 2 years recent experience in financial services, ideally in retirement planning or related fields, OR recent graduates with a bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field and some professional experience.
• Ability to quickly learn industry basics if recently graduated.
• Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is preferred.
• Call center experience is preferred.
• Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy (qualifying alpha-numeric data entry assessment score of at least 5500 KPH with 85% accuracy).
• Proven reliability with minimal attendance or tardiness issues; references should confirm this.
• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree highly preferred.

• Respond promptly to email inquiries regarding issues.
• Process forms and perform basic transactions like rollovers and internal transfers.
• Diagnose issues accurately and offer client-driven solutions meeting IRS and regulatory standards.
• Interpret rules and regulations using retirement plan knowledge.
• Conduct audits of account activity to ensure compliance.
• Review client requests for corrections and advise on proper resolution.
• Maintain knowledge of retirement plan rules via ongoing training and resources.
• Communicate with internal departments to resolve issues.
• Review daily productivity reports to track personal performance.
