Responsibilities Include:
- Structure Deals in accordance with lender and dealership guidelines.
- Maintain good lender relations.
- Use outstanding communication and listening skills to help negotiate terms that ensure payment options meet your customers’ lifestyles, budgets, and expectations; close the deal.
- Disclose financial information to customers.
- Sell insurance, service, and protection products.
- Maintains clean contracts in transit log
- Never intentionally misrepresents a deal.
What are the requirements?
- Professional and positive "team player" attitude.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Proficient computer skills and attention to detail.
- Strong work ethic with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Drive to set targeted personal monthly goals consistent with our standards of productivity.
- Valid Florida driver’s license and an acceptable, safe driving record.
