Financial Analyst Intern

Hours:

20–40 hours per week with flexible scheduling to accommodate class commitments

Weekly gatherings with interns, managers, and executives

All internship opportunities are paid Primary Responsibilities Support the finance team and BFC leadership in financial planning and analysis activities

Assist in building and maintaining financial models, forecasts, and budgets

Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement

Help track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare performance dashboards

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support business decisions

Assist in evaluating the financial impact of new initiatives, projects, and investments

Support cash flow monitoring, expense analysis, and cost-saving initiatives

Prepare presentations, reports, and materials for managers and executive leadership

Ensure financial analyses and processes are well-documented and organized

Assist with various finance and cross-functional projects as needed

Required Skills & Characteristics Driven, versatile, and highly analytical with strong problem-solving abilities

Ability to quickly learn new concepts and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Solid understanding of business and financial principles
