Raymond James Compliance ensures adherence to all rules, regulations, policies and standards that govern the firm and the securities industry. Positions in Compliance cover a wide range of roles focused on promoting adherence to regulatory requirements and firm policies. Responsibilities may include providing compliance guidance and education, responding to client complaints and regulatory inquiries, supporting policy development and implementation, monitoring compliance risks and controls, assisting with privacy and information protection initiatives, and advising business units on regulatory requirements and compliance best practices.

To be eligible for the Summer 2027 Internship Program, candidates must be currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Risk Management, Legal Studies, Data Analytics, or a related field, with an anticipated graduation date of December 2027 or May 2028. Most positions are based in St. Petersburg with other available locations depending on company need.

Candidates who successfully complete the internship program have the opportunity to transition into a full-time role at Raymond James after graduation.

Work Schedule:

Up to 40 hours per week for a limited time, determined by department need.
