Job Summary

Pharmacy Medication History Technician I, Limited at Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital, St. Petersburg, FL.

• Rotating 8 or 12 hour shifts.
• Limited 20 hours per week.
• Every other weekend & 1 day per week.

Minimum $18.74/hr – Maximum $29.99/hr.

• Prepare complete medication history lists from caregiver interviews.
• Provide accurate medication information to prescribers during admission reconciliation.
• Assist in safe medication ordering for admitted patients.

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of pharmacy technician experience; pediatric experience preferred.
• Florida Board of Pharmacy registration.
• PTCB Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) required within 1 year of hire.
