ABA Solutions is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support children and adolescents across school and community-based settings in St. Petersburg, FL. • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Provide clinical supervision and coaching to RBTs and support staff
• Collaborate with caregivers, school teams, and interdisciplinary professionals
• Lead social skills groups and promote prosocial behavior
• Apply assent‑based and trauma‑informed practices in all service delivery
