Licensed Professional Massage Therapist $40-50+/hour.

We have an immediate opening for a new team member – full time, part time, and flexible pick-up shifts. This is an employee position.

• Confident, client-centered, and driven to grow your skills and career.
• You have worked in the industry steadily for at least 3 years and find passion and purpose in improving lives daily through your work. Now, you are ready for a setting that helps support your mission.
• You are also dedicated to raising the standards in the field of massage through continuing your education regularly.

• 3+ years of consistent hands‑on experience as an LMT. You have worked in an environment where you have already honed your craft and you are ready to start taking clients right away.
• Therapists with higher level training in clinical or orthopedic techniques
• Therapists who takes pride in delivering consistent therapeutic sessions and feel confident guiding, educating, and re-booking clients
• At least one day of weekend availability
• If you’re not already trained in medical massage, we will provide 16 hours of training during your first two months—at no cost to you
• Confidence, competence, and ability to explain your techniques and results to clients
• Confidence with A&P and willingness to give clients home care instructions to support their progress.
• Clinical background or experience is a PLUS
• Cupping, IASTM (Guasha/Graston) and Kinesio taping experience is a plus, certifications even more so.
• A marketable skill or specialty to promote for you.
• Physical ability to perform several deep tissue massages with consistency.
• Your schedule can be set to certain number of appointments per day.
• SOAP notes or brief client notes are required for each session.

• Current Florida Massage license and 3 years of working experience as an LMT
• Current liability insurance
• Current with CEUs and an ideal candidate will have additional certifications in an additional specialty or two
• Clean background - references and records will be checked.
• Reliable transportation and cell service with internet as our systems are digital.…
