Full-Time and Part-Time Opportunities Available Hourly Rate: $14.00 Position Summary

The Room Attendant plays a vital role in delivering an exceptional guest experience by ensuring guest rooms meet the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and presentation. This position requires attention to detail, efficiency, and a service-focused mindset to consistently exceed guest expectations within established time standards.

We are currently hiring both full-time and part-time Room Attendants to join our Housekeeping team.

• Prior housekeeping or hotel experience preferred, but not required
• Professional, neat, and courteous demeanor
• Ability to stand and work on feet for extended periods
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions
• Flexibility to work varied schedules, including weekends and evenings as needed

• Complete all cleaning tasks efficiently within established time guidelines while maintaining quality standards.
• Maintain continuous awareness of safety concerns, including but not limited to broken glass, frayed cords, leaks, damaged locks, or suspicious activity, and report issues promptly to the Floor Supervisor or Housekeeping Office.
• Follow all safety protocols and training procedures, including the Bloodborne Pathogens Program.
• Provide friendly, courteous, and professional service to guests and coworkers at all times.
• Inspect mattresses for potential bed bug activity prior to making beds and immediately report any findings to the Executive Housekeeping Manager so appropriate action can be taken.

• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
• Offer suggestions and recommendations to improve housekeeping operations and guest satisfaction.

Primarily indoor work in guest rooms and common areas with hard and carpeted surfaces. Occasional outdoor tasks may be required. Work areas are well-ventilated with artificial lighting.
