Job Description

ATM Tech Manager wanted by a financial institution in St. Petersburg, Florida. Manage implementation changes to software systems/applications/hardware that drive the ATM channel. Support systems analysis with a focus on business process models. Troubleshoot and solve ATM production issues. Identify issues via notifications from the Service Desk, branches, business stakeholders, or system alerts generated by application tools configured to monitor the ATM channels.

Responsibilities
  • Manage implementation changes to ATM-related software systems, applications, and hardware.
  • Support systems analysis with a focus on business process models.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve ATM production issues.
  • Identify issues via notifications from the Service Desk, branches, business stakeholders, or system alerts monitoring ATM channels.
Requirements
  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or closely related field, plus 2 years of post-baccalaureate progressive experience in business systems analysis.
  • Experience must include 2 years using Diebold Netop; development UI design. Experience may be concurrent.
