- Deploy, manage, and maintain Azure resources including compute, storage, networking, and security components
- Implement cloud solutions using established standards, templates, and best practices
- Monitor cloud environments for performance, availability, and reliability, and respond to operational incidents
- Troubleshoot infrastructure and networking issues across multi‑region deployments
- Assist with cost management, backups, disaster recovery processes, and operational documentation
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- 2+ years of hands‑on experience supporting and operating Microsoft Azure environments
- Proficiency with Azure services such as Virtual Networks, Load Balancers, and Azure Firewall
- Strong understanding of networking protocols including TCP/IP, DNS, and BGP
- Experience with Dev Ops tools like Azure Dev Ops, Git, and Jenkins
- Familiarity with multi‑cloud environments (AWS, GCP)
- Knowledge of Zero Trust security networking principles
- Experience with Fin Ops practices and cloud cost optimization
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001 and HIPAA
- Experience with Git Ops and progressive delivery strategies
