Pay: $29.00- $39.00 per hour DOE

We are seeking a Project Controls Support Analyst to provide critical support to development and execution project teams. This hybrid role focuses on project setup, estimate uploads, data integrity, and system troubleshooting across multiple project control platforms.

You’ll work closely with Project Managers and Project Controls Specialists to ensure accurate project data, resolve system issues, and support planning, forecasting, and reporting activities. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and comfort working independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Load and validate project estimates in project control systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve estimate upload and system errors
• Perform asset location setup and project cancellations
• Partner with Project Managers and Engineers to maintain data accuracy
• Conduct basic to intermediate data analysis for reporting and forecasting
• Support ad hoc project control and operational tasks as assigned

• Strong proficiency in Excel, Word, and Power Point
• Experience with Share Point
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to quickly learn new systems and workflows
• Comfortable working with financial data and multiple data inputs
• Experience with Power BI preferred
• Ability to collaborate across multiple levels of leadership

Hybrid position (remote and onsite)
