* ** Responsibilities:*
* Operational Delivery & Coordination

+ Manage KTLO work, enhancements, and internal initiatives across multiple Service Now teams

+ Align work intake and prioritization with demand management and team capacity

+ Maintain end-to-end visibility of all in-flight and upcoming work

Agile Execution & Team Enablement

+ Facilitate stand-ups, planning sessions, and backlog reviews

+ Remove blockers and drive issue resolution to maintain delivery momentum

+ Coordinate work across teams to ensure alignment and efficiency

Visibility & Reporting

+ Provide clear, consistent reporting on workload, progress, and timelines

+ Build and maintain dashboards or tracking mechanisms for leadership visibility

+ Ensure transparency into priorities, risks, and dependencies

Release Planning & Execution

+ Support planning, sequencing, and execution of work across teams

+ Ensure readiness for development, testing, and deployment

+ Align stakeholders on delivery timing and testing expectations

Stakeholder Communication

+ Execute structured communication plans across stakeholders

+ Clearly communicate timelines, impacts, risks, and delivery expectations

+ Serve as a central coordination point between teams and stakeholders

Risk & Process Management

+ Identify, track, and mitigate risks and dependencies

+ Drive continuous improvement in intake, tracking, and delivery processes

+ Promote consistent ways of working across teams

+ Proven ability to coordinate across multiple teams and priorities

+ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

+ Strong organizational and reporting capabilities, with focus on visibility

+ Ability to influence without authority and drive alignment
