Our client, a leading technology services provider, is seeking a Printer Field Break Fix Technician to join their team. As a Printer Field Break Fix Technician, you will be part of the technical support team supporting customer hardware services.

What's the Job?

• Provide hardware support and repair services for HP PC and Printer products on customer sites.
• Configure hardware, software, and network components to resolve technical issues.
• Manage critical service events and communicate effectively with customers and escalation teams.
• Educate customers about technology solutions and ensure complete customer satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed administrative records and adhere to business procedures.

What's Needed?

• Technical or mechanical hardware repair experience.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending, crawling, and sitting.
• High School diploma or equivalent, with additional hardware technology training preferred.
• Availability to work scheduled and unscheduled overtime, including non-traditional workdays and holidays.
• Onsite customer-facing experience and a proactive, resourceful mindset.
