• Support and maintain a Microsoft-based desktop environment, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of computers, printers, and related peripherals.
• Administer and support vendor-provided application systems used across the organization.
• Perform operating system installation, configuration, updates, and issue resolution.
• Assist with job scheduling, documentation, and routine operational tasks for application software.
• Provide end-user support, training, and guidance to ensure effective use of technology resources.
• Install and maintain digital display equipment as needed.
• Utilize scripting tools such as Power Shell to automate tasks and improve efficiency.
• Serve as a liaison between internal teams and external vendors to resolve technical issues.
• Maintain accurate records of work activities using established ticketing and change-management processes.
• Support organizational needs during emergency situations as part of an emergency-critical role.
