Основные задачи:
- Разработка и поддержка внутренних аналитических приложений на R Shiny
- Создание dashboard’ов для клинических и исследовательских данных
- Визуализация данных (graphs, reports, analytics)
- Улучшение существующего R Shiny кода
- Работа с запросами бизнеса по отображению данных
- Интеграция с backend/data pipelines
- Поддержка внутренних инструментов для data discovery и reporting
Обязательно:
- 5+ лет опыта
- Отличное знание R
- Глубокий опыт с R Shiny
- Опыт построения аналитических dashboard’ов
- Работа с biomedical / biotech / pharma / clinical data (желательно)
- SQL
- Git
- Опыт работы с большими объемами данных
Будет плюсом:
- PhD / scientific background
- Oncology / biotech experience
- Clinical trial data
- PK/PD datasets
