Next Path Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Technical Support to join our client’s team in Saint Petersburg, FL
. This is an Onsite, Contract position.
SALARY: $25-$29 per hour (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS- High school diploma or GED
- Strong troubleshooting of Windows OS and Adobe products
- Experience with identity and access management (e.g., Active Directory, MFA)
- Knowledge of endpoint and productivity tools (Microsoft 365, Office Suite)
- Ability to support virtual environments (e.g., Citrix)
- Understanding of networking basics (VPN, Wi‑Fi, TCP/IP)
- Troubleshooting peripheral devices (printers, scanners)
- Reliable transportation and high‑speed internet
- Clear communication of technical issues to non‑technical users
- Ability to document interactions and resolutions accurately
- Proven ability to work effectively in a high‑volume, metrics‑driven environment
- Flexibility to work non‑standard shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Serve as the initial technical support contact in a high‑volume call center
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Achieve and maintain performance metrics
- Communicate technical solutions clearly to end users
- Document issues, resolutions, and interactions thoroughly
- Use internal knowledge bases and tools for faster problem resolution
- Manage time effectively in a fast‑paced environment
- Support identity & access management tools (e.g., Active Directory, MFA)

- Support device mobility and virtual desktop environments (MDM, Citrix)
- Troubleshoot in‑house and web‑based applications
- Address networking and connectivity issues (VPN, Wi‑Fi, TCP/IP)
- Provide peripheral device support (printers, scanners)
