You Are
Our AI and Data Strategy practitioners work to create and execute an organization's business strategy for AI and Data transformation including: defining a compelling industry vision, creating value models, architecting a client’s talent strategy, ecosystem partnership approaches, creating scalable operating, and envisioning best‑in‑class business/technology architecture & roadmaps.
We use scaled agile disciplines to transform around iterative approach sequencing use cases focused on critical data elements aligned to data product and platform feature development.
The Work- Shape vision and create opportunities for AI, GenAI and data‑led business reinvention.
- Build client relationships and credibility as a trusted advisor on how to infuse AI, GenAI and data into the business processes or functions.
- Define and structure an organization’s AI and data strategy to build and optimize data assets, AI technologies for growth & competitive advantages.
- Assess maturity of an organization’s AI and Data strategy, talent, operating model, ways of working and data foundation.
- Define building blocks required to convert to an AI‑first organization, including technology and AI platform blueprint, data strategy and future‑ready operating model.
- Create the business case, investment profile and roadmap to deliver on the strategy (including revenue upside as well as cost‑takeout opportunities).
- Infuse Responsible AI in vision and roadmap, develop plan for leveraging ecosystem partners, and define operating model to foster a culture of innovation and experimentation.
- Identify people, processes, and technologies to develop and operationalize AI solutions.
- Create strategy for AI‑first products and develop commercialization opportunities.
Ability to travel up to 80%; travel as needed based on client expectations.
Here’s What You Need- Minimum of 7 years of experience and demonstrated skills within the AI and Data Strategy space including (but not limited to):
Enterprise & Function‑Specific Data Strategy, Talent Strategy, Value Case Development, Data Management, Data Analysis, Client Assessments, Roadmap, Requirements Gathering, Responsible AI, and/or leading tech‑driven transformations. - Minimum of 7 years of high value consulting experience or equivalent internal consulting experience.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience leading work streams and meeting deadlines.
- Minimum of 7 years of large‑scale delivery experience.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience serving utilities clients (electric, gas, or water) or in a utilities finance, controllership, or regulatory function.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6‑year work experience.
- You have a Master’s degree in a relevant field.
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
- California: $132,500 to $338,300
- Cleveland: $122,700 to $270,600
- Colorado: $132,500 to $292,200
- District of Columbia: $141,100 to $311,200
- Illinois: $122,700 to $292,200
- Maine: $112,900 to $249,000
- Maryland: $132,500 to $292,200
- Massachusetts: $132,500 to $311,200
- Minnesota: $132,500 to $292,200
- New York: $122,700 to $338,300
- New Jersey: $141,100 to $338,300
- Virginia: $122,700 to $311,200
- Washington: $141,100 to $311,200
