Role Overview
As a Lead Business Analyst, you will serve as a strategic partner to business and IT, driving the delivery of innovative, scalable, and efficient technology solutions. You will lead the end-to-end analysis process, from requirements gathering and documentation to solution validation and implementation support.
What You Will Do- Translate business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements and user stories, collaborate with cross-functional teams, facilitate user acceptance testing, and support production issue triage and resolution.
You will need to have a blend of business acumen, technical expertise, and leadership to influence outcomes and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Requirements- Proven ability to elicit & document business requirements, influence stakeholders, and drive consensus across diverse teams.
- Proficient in data analysis, testing support, and issue triaging.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
- Experience with tools like SQL, TFS, Azure Dev Ops, Service Now, Visio, and Postman.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate between technical and business audiences.
- Experience with Legal/Compliance/Risk Management based software implementations, specifically Open Pages, Business Continuity in the Cloud, or Everbridge 360.
- Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT) for documentation and productivity is desirable.
