In this role, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and enhancing our business intelligence and reporting systems to provide actionable insights for the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data engineering, analytics, and visualization tools, with a focus on transforming raw data into meaningful business solutions.

• Design, implement, and manage the organization's business intelligence and reporting platforms.
• Collaborate with business leaders to understand operational needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.
• Analyze and document the architecture of data systems to ensure optimal performance and integration.
• Develop and maintain data sources, models, and structures to support business intelligence initiatives.
• Create robust ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various systems.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI and other enterprise tools.
• Ensure data quality and integrity for accurate reporting and analysis.
• Stay informed of advancements in BI tools and technologies, recommending improvements to enhance capabilities.
• Provide mentorship to team members on BI tools and processes when required.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for systems, processes, and support activities.
