Position: Data Security Lead ( DLP/DSPM)

Security Engineering And Operations Leader

Provides technical leadership for security engineering and operations. Drives strategic initiatives and cross-functional collaboration.

What You'll Do:

Architect and deploy enterprise-wide security solutions (e.g., zero trust, SIEM integrations).

Lead penetration testing efforts and coordinate remediation plans.

Develop dashboards and KPIs for executive reporting on security posture.

Partner with IT and Dev Ops to embed security in CI/CD pipelines.

Collaborate with cloud and infrastructure teams to enforce secure configurations.

Evaluate and onboard new security technologies and vendors.

Manage third-party risk assessments.

Lead threat modeling sessions for new applications and services.

What You'll Bring to Zelis:

Typically has Bach. +12 yrs;
Masters +8 yrs Attends company training and regional training in area of expertise. Presents own work to members of department and external consultants and external professional conferences, Collaborates externally, Hosts external guests, visitors and consultants.
Requires proficiency using AI tools skillfully with an understanding of how to develop/create intelligent prompts and/or agents.
Proven leadership in designing scalable security architectures.
Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Dev Sec Ops practices.
Advanced certifications (e.g., CISSP, OSCP, CCSP) strongly preferred.
