Systems Administrator
Job Description Summary
This role applies to technical expertise and business knowledge to support enterprise-wide endpoint management initiatives, lead escalated issue resolution, and provide guidance to team members. Works independently to solve complex problems, make data-driven recommendations, and deliver solutions that support business objectives and operational excellence.
Technical RequirementsExperience implementing, administering, and supporting Tanium (Core, Asset, Deploy, Discover, Patch, Provision) or comparable endpoint management platforms such as Microsoft Intune or SCCM/MECM. Highly experienced creating, testing, packaging, deploying, and maintaining enterprise software packages and application deployments, including lifecycle management, version control, deployment validation, and troubleshooting. End-Of-Life and vulnerability software remediation. Strong experience managing enterprise environments across multiple locations. Advanced scripting and automation skills, particularly Power Shell.
Experience with enterprise monitoring and performance management tools such as Datadog, Control Up, or similar platforms. Knowledge of Windows operating systems, Active Directory and Group Policy, IP networking concepts and design, Endpoint and infrastructure security best practices, Intel-based workstation and server hardware, Storage Area Network (SAN) technologies, Virtualization technologies, System monitoring, event analysis, and troubleshooting as it relates to system management.

Minimum of a B.S. in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related field.
Minimum five (5) years of experience in enterprise systems administration, endpoint management, infrastructure support, or a related technical discipline.
Equivalent combination of education, training, certifications, and experience may be considered.
