Infuserve America is seeking a Mid-level IT Support / Systems Technician to help manage day-to-day technical issues for staff in Florida. The role requires 1–3 years of IT support experience and an Associate’s degree in IT or CS.
You'll support Windows, Linux, and macOS workstations, laptops, and mobile devices, troubleshoot networks, and assist with user accounts and IT documentation. A strong customer-service mindset and problem-solving skills are essential. Relocation not required.
