The Sourcing and Contracts Specialist is responsible for managing strategic sourcing initiatives and contract negotiations with suppliers to optimize cost, quality, and delivery for various commodities and services.
Job Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for assigned categories, identifying and evaluating potential suppliers globally.
- Negotiate favorable terms and conditions, pricing, and service level agreements (SLAs) with suppliers to achieve cost savings and mitigate risks.
- Prepare and issue Requests for Quotation (RFQs), Requests for Proposal (RFPs), and other procurement documents.
- Conduct supplier performance reviews, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and manage supplier relationships to ensure continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., engineering, legal, operations) to understand business requirements and align sourcing strategies.
- Draft, review, and administer a variety of contracts, including master service agreements, purchase agreements, and non-disclosure agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Resolve contract disputes and ensure adherence to contractual obligations by both Jabil and its suppliers.
- Maintain accurate records of contracts, pricing, and supplier information within relevant systems.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement within the sourcing and contracting lifecycle.
- Stay abreast of market trends, industry best practices and new technologies in procurement and supply chain management.

The hourly pay range for this role is $16.00 - $32.00. Job-related, non-discriminatory factors used to determine the actual offered rate include qualifications and experience, geographic location, education, external market data, and consideration of internal equity.
