Commercial Cleaner

POSITION TITLE: Office Cleaner

SALARY: $8.50-$9/hr (per qualification, experience, reliability, etc.)

BASIC FUNCTION: Manage cleanliness of commercial accounts on a part‑time basis.

SUMMARY: Many accounts available, each between 1–3 hours of work. Work one account or many—YOU DECIDE! Weekday mid‑day accounts: AVAILABLE! Weekday evening accounts: AVAILABLE! Weekend anytime accounts: AVAILABLE! Flexible hours, YOU CHOOSE YOUR SCHEDULE! New employees are given one account with minimal hours to start; after a successful probationary period additional accounts and hours can be requested.

No full‑time positions available currently.

This is a great opportunity for someone interested in earning extra money. Adults who are retired or semi‑retired are encouraged to apply. These positions require a reliable adult who can work independently, with a strong work ethic.

REQUIREMENTS:

• No previous experience necessary. Individual will be trained to clean commercial accounts according to company standards.
Must have reliable personal transportation.
• Must be a US Citizen.
• Must speak English.
• Must pass background, drug, and reference checks.
• Must be able to lift 35 pounds and climb stairs.
• Must have excellent attention to detail and the ability to work unsupervised.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Wipe down surfaces.
• Wash front windows and doors.
• Vacuum.
• Remove trash and replace bags.
• Mop floors.
• Clean bathroom surfaces and toilets.
