Now hiring Outside Grounds / Sanitation Associates for a food production facility! In this role, you'll clean and sanitize outside work areas to keep operations safe and running smoothly. This is a fast-paced, hands-on job ideal for reliable candidates who are ready to work. We have first-shift, 40-hour work weeks available:

6:45 am - 3:00 pm

• Maintaining exterior facility areas.
• Cleaning dumpsters, loading docks, break areas, waste receptacles, silos, and surrounding grounds.
• Following all food safety, GMP, BRC, AIB, and regulatory requirements.
• Working safely and independently with minimal supervision.
• Performing outdoor cleaning, restocking supplies, painting, yard work, and other assigned tasks.
• Clean and sanitize production equipment and machinery
• Remove grease, oil, and residue from surfaces
• Sweep, mop, and maintain floors and work areas
• Use cleaning tools, including mops, brooms, vacuums, and floor scrubbers
• Follow cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
• Use cleaning chemicals safely and correctly
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and hazard-free
• Perform other janitorial duties as assigned

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $15.00 - $15.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
