Director of Sales Marketing

This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Sales Marketing based in St. Petersburg, FL. The Director of Sales Marketing will be responsible for leading sales initiatives, developing marketing strategies, overseeing business development efforts, and managing sales operations. The role will also focus on fostering excellent customer service practices, collaborating with the hotel management team, and leading a team of sales professionals to achieve revenue goals.

• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Operations to drive business growth and meet revenue targets
• Strong background in Business Development and identifying new market opportunities
• Exceptional Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
• Leadership experience in Team Management to mentor and guide sales teams effectively
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in the luxury hospitality or resort industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field

Salary $75,000 to 85,000 annually plus bonus plan.
