A leading Design & Build contractor in Florida is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead its largest mechanical and plumbing projects. This is a leadership role overseeing multiple projects and guiding PMs and assistant PMs, providing technical expertise and strategic direction on high-rise multifamily and commercial developments.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be the technical and leadership point for major projects. You will ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and on budget while mentoring and guiding the project management team.

• Lead large-scale mechanical and/or plumbing projects from start to finish
• Oversee and mentor a team of PMs and assistant PMs
• Manage project budgets, labor planning, and financial performance
• Ensure projects meet KPIs:
  Safety, Customer Satisfaction, and Gross Profit
• Serve as the primary client-facing technical leader
• Leverage technology for project management, estimating, and change orders

Includes extremely large high-rises, e.g., 38‑story buildings valued $10‑20 M, 2‑4 years in duration.

• 8–15 years of project management experience in mechanical or plumbing
• Proven leadership experience managing project teams
• Extensive experience with high‑rise multifamily or large‑scale commercial projects
• Strong client‑facing and technical expertise
• Experience overseeing budgets, labor planning, and financials
