About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced, organized, and relationship-driven HOA Community Association Manager to oversee and manage homeowner and condominium associations in the St. Petersburg area. This role is perfect for a professional who understands Florida association law, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in building strong communities while delivering exceptional service to board members and residents.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned HOA and condo associations
- Work directly with Board Members to implement policies and strategic goals
- Prepare and present financial reports, budgets, and meeting materials
- Coordinate vendors, maintenance projects, and contract negotiations
- Ensure compliance with Florida statutes and governing documents
- Conduct regular property inspections
- Manage rule enforcement and handle resident communications professionally
- Attend and facilitate board meetings (some evening meetings required)
- Oversee reserve studies and long-term capital planning
- Experience managing HOA or condominium associations (Florida experience strongly preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Florida HOA/Condo statutes
- Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills
- Ability to manage multiple communities and priorities simultaneously
- Strong organizational and financial literacy skills
- CAM License (Required – State of Florida)
- Proficiency with property management software is a plus
