HEICO Sales Director

Location: Hollywood, FL

HEICO is seeking a Sales Director for a Full Time Direct Hire position. This role is responsible for directing sales and marketing activities, developing strategies, managing budgets, and representing the company at industry events.

• Directs and coordinates activities of sales and marketing and assists the Vice‑President of Sales & Marketing in formulating and administering organization policies.
• Assists in formulating and administering company policies and developing long‑range goals and objectives for the sales and marketing area, including reviewing market analysis, volume potential, price schedules and discount rates; establishes sales goals and strategies.
• Directs and coordinates activities of the department to further attainment of goals and objectives.
• Reviews analyses of activities, costs, operations and forecast data to determine progress toward stated goals and objectives.
• Coordinates liaison between sales and marketing and other departments.
• Confers with Vice President of Sales and other administrative personnel to review achievements and discuss required changes in goals or objectives.
• Develops and maintains training programs for sales and marketing personnel.
• Represents HEICO at industry and trade associations and events to promote the organization and products.
• Analyzes and controls department expenditure to meet budgetary requirements; prepares and analyzes sales reports.
• Serves as member of management committees on special studies.

Over ten years related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
