The Tooling:
Prototype and CNC Mill/EDM Specialist is responsible to support the Toolroom and Manufacturing by creating fixtures, prototypes or samples of potential new products for customers.

• Assists with new product development for samples, prototypes and tooling.
• Works with weld fixtures, pin gauges, one‑hit dimple dies, and other welding support.
• Operates machines as needed.
• Design tooling and fixtures utilizing CAD‑CAM/Solidworks software.
• Operate CNC and EDM machines to support the Tool Room and Manufacturing needs.
• Support other tooling projects as needed.

• AS degree in Engineering Technology desired or equivalent work experience
• One year minimum of manufacturing experience
• Sheet metal experience desired
• ERP System experience desired
• Green Belt desired
• 3D CAD experience (Solidworks desired)

As a member of the Quality Management System, quality procedures, requirements, work instructions, and other required documentation must be followed. • Works primarily in a climate‑controlled manufacturing environment with regular exposure to dust, odors, oil, and fumes with moderate noise. Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach, and move about the facility.
• Sedentary, sitting, walking, occasional lifting (overhead, waist level) from floor, bending, and reaching.
• PPE required may include safety glasses and gloves in designated areas of the facility.
