Career Level:

Experienced. All candidates must know how to interpret blueprints and be able to use inspection tools such as micrometer and caliper. Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC Wire EDM machines (training available) Conduct basic inspection as required Perform hand finishing, parts cleaning and other general tasks as required Qualifications Minimum education required:
High school diploma 4 - 5 years of experience in setting up and operating CNC Wire EDM machines Experience with Sodick and Fanuc Robocut machines a plus Ability to interpret blueprints Understand shop floor math Ability to hold close tolerances (.0002") Knowledge in manual machining or tool & die making a plus Ability to use inspection tools such as micrometer and caliper Physical Demands Must be able to stand for up to eight hours per day Ability to move about, bend, stoop, use hands Ability lift up to 35 pounds unassisted Unaided visual acuity or corrected visual acuity should be at least 20/40 in each eye at infinity (20 feet) with the ability to distinguish colors Must be able to perform repetitive tasks Benefits A positive and family-oriented culture Company pays 100% of medical, dental, and life insurance 401 (k) plan with company matching
