Assembler​/Supply Chain Manager

Pay Rate: $20/ hr

This is a hands-on position that involves assembling medical devices and performing supply chain management tasksin a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate must be technically inclined, detail-oriented, and highly accountable.

• Report dailyon KPI performance.
• Conduct QCP (Quality Check Points) for team members andassistin process improvement
• Identify and understand variances from targeted KPI levels.
• Present management with action plansto address performance gaps and ensure performance improvement

• Assemble subcomponents like Wire harnesses and other small components.
• Assemble medical devices according to strict FDA guidelines and detailed Work Instructions.
• See Attachment3for an example of a work instruction and the result blockassociatedtoone of these devices.

• Receive inbound components, verify order accuracy, and perform quality inspections/testing.
• Manage inventory,ensuringaccuratetracking and proper storage.
• Pick, pack, and ship orders according to company procedures.

• M-F 1st shift

• 1 year experience

• Ability to lift 50lbs

• High School diploma or equivalent required

• Ability to understand, speak, and read English clearly.
