URGENT HIRING:
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
The Springs at Boca Ciega Bay is actively hiring LPNs following our Grand Reopening. We are a 109‑bed Skilled Nursing Facility located in St. Petersburg, FL.
Pay
Up to $30.00/hour. Daily Pay available. $3,500 Sign‑On Bonus for Full‑Time LPNs.
Shifts Available
- Every Sunday: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Every other Saturday: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- PRN shifts available

Background Screening Requirement
This role requires Florida AHCA Clearinghouse background screening.
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities- Admissions, Discharge and Transfers of residents
- Medication requisitions with pharmacy and physicians
- Medication administration
- Following infection control, emergencies, and other center policies
- Collaborating with resident’s interdisciplinary team to provide the best outcomes
- Identifying and reporting all abnormal changes in residents’ condition to proper personnel per center policy
- Works under direct supervision in accordance with the state‑specific Nurse Practice Act, facility Policies and Procedures, and nursing judgment
- Delivers nursing care to patients/residents requiring long‑term or rehabilitative care
- Collects patient/resident data, makes observations, and reports pertinent information related to the care of the patient/resident
- According to state‑specific regulations, implements the patient/resident plan of care and evaluates the patient/resident response
- In accordance with state‑specific regulations, directs and supervises care given by other nursing personnel in selected situations
- Maintains knowledge of necessary documentation requirements
- Maintains knowledge of equipment set‑up, maintenance and use, i.e., monitors, infusion devices, drain devices, etc.
- Maintains confidentiality and patient/resident rights, regarding all patient/resident personnel information
- LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) licensed by the State
- CPR Certification required
- Two Years prior nursing experience preferred
