Registered Nurse (RN) at The Oncology Institute of Hope and Innovation – you will embody our mission to heal and empower patients with compassion, innovation, and state‑of‑the‑art medical care.

• Provide compassionate nursing care to patients and families during shifts.
• Oversee patient care, including medication administration, assessment, and coordination with the health‑care team.
• Administer intravenous therapy such as chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and other prescribed treatments.
• Maintain established nursing standards and comply with institutional policies.
• Lead LPNs and other team members, promoting teamwork with physicians and other departments.
• Conduct patient assessments prior to administering medications.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Opportunity to work in surrounding clinics during shift changes.

• Regular Monday‑Friday schedule – no nights, weekends, or on‑call duties.

Hourly wage range: $40 – $47 USD.

• Graduate from an accredited nursing school.
• Preferred but not required: two or more years' experience as an RN.
• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.

• Valid RN license in the state of employment in good standing.
• BLS certification required upon hire and must be maintained throughout employment.
• ONS Chemotherapy Biotherapy Certification required within 3 months of hire.
• ACLS and ONC certifications preferred.
