We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Gulfport Nursing Center, located in beautiful South Pasadena, Florida.
Job Type: Full-time
Responsibilities- Provide bedside patient care and support for residents in a nursing and rehabilitation facility.
- Conduct nursing assessments, monitor patient conditions, and administer treatments as ordered.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Supervise and oversee caregivers and support staff to ensure quality patient care.
- Deliver high‑quality, one‑on‑one care in a compassionate and resident‑focused environment.
- Valid LPN license in Florida.
- Experience in acute or home health nursing preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as required.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and empathy skills.
