This role requires Florida AHCA Clearinghouse background screening.

• Perform comprehensive assessments of patients'wounds.
• Develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Administer wound care treatments, including cleaning, debridement, dressing changes, and application of topicalmedications.
• Monitor and document the progress of woundhealing.
• Utilize advanced wound care products and technologies as appropriate.
• Educate patients and their families on properwound care techniques and prevention strategies.
• Provide guidance on lifestyle and dietarymodifications to promote wound healing.
• Collaborate with physicians, registered nurses,and other healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive patient care.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families,and the healthcare team regarding treatment plans and progress.
• Maintain accurate and thorough patient records.
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations, standards, and policies.

• Current and valid Licensed Practical Nursing (LPN) license in the state of Florida.
• Certification in Wound Care strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience and Wound Care Experience.
• Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facilitypreferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
