Hourly | Pay Rate: $24.50 to $28.25 |
Shift:
3pm-11pm / Day / Evening. This role supports Life Care Centers of America, a healthcare provider with multiple locations. We are seeking a qualified Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team of professionals. We value every role in delivering quality patient care and provide opportunities to grow through collaboration with strong multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities- Deliver quality nursing care to patients and monitor patient condition
- Provide care and services to promote the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards
- Monitor and report changes in patient status
- Assign duties, instruct, and provide clinical supervision to CNAs on a daily basis
- Graduated from an accredited LPN program
- Currently licensed/registered in the applicable state; active LPN/LVN license in good standing
- One (1) year of skilled nursing experience preferred
- CPR certification upon hire or during orientation; CPR must remain current during employment

- Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude toward patients
