As a PCA/CNA Trainee, you will assist residents with daily care needs while participating in a state-approved CNA training program. You'll work alongside experienced healthcare professionals and develop the skills needed for long-term success in nursing and patient care.
There will be a $500 sign-on bonus upon completion of the CNA test. Paid in 2 installments:
First on Completion of CNA Test and second 6 months following.
- Assisting residents with daily activities
- Providing compassionate personal care
- Supporting mobility, meals, and hygiene needs
- Observing and reporting resident concerns
- Maintaining a clean and safe environment
- Working collaboratively with nursing staff
- Attending and completing CNA training classes
To continue employment, all hired PCA/CNA Trainees must:
Successfully complete the CNA training course;
Pass BOTH the written and clinical CNA state examinations;
Complete both exams within 90 days after course completion

Employees who do not complete both testing requirements within the required timeframe may become ineligible for continued employment.
