ABOUT THE ORGANIZATIONEstablished in 1970, Boley Centers, Inc. is a private, non‑profit organization serving individuals with mental disabilities, individuals and families who are homeless, Veterans and youth in Pinellas County.
Boley Centers, Inc., a nationally recognized and accredited behavioral health care agency, has an opening for a full‑time Florida Assertive Community Team (FACT) Assistant Team Leader. Due to the FACT program being a 24/7 program, the Assistant Team Leader may be required to work outside normal business hours to include weekends, holidays and on‑call hours.

- Supervise clinical operations in the absence of the FACT Team Leader‑Supervisor.
- Coordinate the Treatment Planning process in the FACT Team Leader‑Supervisor’s absence.
- Facilitate new staff orientation and training.
- Model clinical skills with clients to assist with staff training and to ensure better understanding of treatment methods, techniques and the FACT model.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of client population, community resources, linkages, procedures and relevant regulations.
- May act as shift manager in coordination with other FACT Team members.
- Support and implement interdisciplinary teamwork.
- Observe psychopharmacological medication issues and side effect symptoms and communicate observations/concerns to physician and FACT team.
- Along with the FACT Team Leader‑Supervisor, chart monitoring and evaluation of performance indicators.
- Master’s degree in Human Services or a related field required. Education must be from an accredited school, college, or university. Registered intern or licensed by board of mental health professions, preferred.
- At least two years of human services, mental health and counseling experience.
Valid Florida driver’s license, current auto insurance and personal vehicle required.
Must pass a Level 2 background check and drug screen.
