LPN - 12 Hour Shifts

Job Summary: As a skilled LPN ersburg Nursing & Rehabilitation, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care to our residents. Our state‑of‑the‑art facility is dedicated to delivering high‑quality sub‑acute medical care, rehabilitation services, and 24‑hour skilled nursing care in a comfortable and secure environment. We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated LPN to join our team and help us deliver outstanding care to our residents.

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and monitoring patients’ conditions
• Assist physicians and other healthcare professionals with procedures and treatments
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date patient records
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care transitions and excellent patient experience

• Current LPN license in the state of Florida
• 0 years of experience (new graduates welcome to apply!)
• Ability to work rotating 12‑hour shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic medical records
